Securities Fraud

Security fraud cases are ordinarily allegations of misleading information in relation to the issuance of stock or Insider Trading. We have worked on the defense of these kind of allegations on numerous occasions over the years.

In one very high profile case that was tried in the United States District Court in St. Paul we achieved an acquittal of the executive vice president of a publicly traded company. On other occasions we have been able to settle some of these matters either without charges ever being brought or on a favorable basis.
