3. Representing one of the Peterson Brothers in United States v. Peterson et al for Defrauding the Department of Agriculture.

4. Representing Richard Jacobson in State of Minnesota v. Jacobson (Jake’s Strip Club) for conspiracy to commit election fraud.

5. Representing Randy Moss for assault.

6. Representing William Wanner in State of Minnesota v. William Wanner. (false allegations of sexual abuse)

7. Represented plaintiff Norman Wartnick v. Moss and Barnett for legal malpractice in losing a trial for wrongful death. Plaintiff’s verdict for over 4 million dollars.

8. Continuing to represent Gordon Weaver in State v. Weaver since the homicide in 1999. The matter began as first degree murder and is now on appeal after a conviction for second degree unintentional murder.
