We handled state trial court and appellate court litigation in relation to fraudulent registration for voters. We won at every level eventually having the Minnesota Supreme Court decree that when your attorney gives you advice on registration (and other issues) you can follow that advice even if the advice was wrong (we didn’t give the advice).

The firm is knowledgeable in election law as Joe tried the famous Coleman V. Franken election contest in 2009 and later argued the case before the Minnesota Supreme Court.
